He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clarence Rines and Stella Rines; his wife Ina Mehlhop; his children, Nancy Ward (Mark) and Tim Rines; his grandchildren, Logan Ward and Tyler Rines; and his daughter JoAnn.
