He is survived by: his wife Peggy Scott of Kenesaw, NE; his children, Shawn Scott (Caryn) of Hastings, NE and Debra Wendt (Michael Lincoln) of Omaha, NE; his grandchildren, Caitlyn Scott of Hastings, NE, Lauryn Scott of Hastings, NE, Megyn Scott of Hastings, NE, Taryn Scott of Hastings, NE, Nathan Wendt (Melanie) of Ames, IA, Caleb Wendt (Madison) of Clovis, NM and Courtney Wendt of Omaha, NE; his sister Deanna Portz (Bob) of Lincoln, NE; and his brothers-in-law, Byron Swanson (Fernetta) of Campbell, NE, Gary Swanson (Joyce) of Beatrice, NE and Bob Swanson (Mary) of Lincoln, NE. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and many other family members.
