He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Giger and Joan Giger (Hartman). He is survived by: his wife Jana Johnson; his children, Logan (Kelly) of Lincoln and Amanda (Chad) of Hastings; his grandsons, Carson, Ryan, Eric and Daniel; and his siblings, Richard (Bob) of Portland, OR, Ron Giger (Suzie), Anita Conway of Minot, ND, Rita Jurgens of Wilcox, Larry Giger of Milford, Marla Giger of Lincoln, Marcia Karr (Bruce) of Lincoln and Marlys Young (Wayne) of Lincoln. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
