He was predeceased by: his parents, George Hartmann and Leona Hartmann (Hanneman); his wife Lorna; his siblings, Harland Hartmann, Norman Hartmann and Ester Lee; and his sister-in-law Helen Hartmann.
He is survived by: his children, Mark Hartmann (Kathrine) of Kenesaw and Marla Hartmann of Kearney; his brothers, Al Hartmann (Karen) of Lowell and Art Hartmann of Gibbon; his granddaughters, Tara Nietfeld (Eric) of Gibbon and Nesha Danielson (Corey) of Fort Meyers, Florida; and his great grandchildren, Alaysa, Addisyn Griffin of Gibbon, Branden and Emma Danielson of Fort Meyers, Florida. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials are suggested to the St. Paul Lutheran Church.
