He is survived by: his children, David Meints, Chris Meints (Jodi) and Shirley Edwards; and his sisters, Darlene Scheideler, Maxine Trauernicht (Loren) and Judy Obering (Oran). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
