He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Orville Klein and Marie Klein (Loskill); his former wife Amy Maul; his children, Jessica Klein (Darin Roeder) of Lexington and Nicholas Klein (Melissa) of Elm Creek; his grandchildren, Haiden Klein, Isabella Klein, Oakland Roeder, Brianna Anderson, Alton Anderson, Kaytyln Anderson, Mariah Anderson, Jolissa Klein, Cameron Klein, Kaleb Klein and Nickole Klein; and his siblings, Jackie Casler of Omaha, Pamela Kenney (Richard) of Amherst and Steve Klein (Julie) of Lincoln. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
