He is survived by: his wife Janice Carpenter; his children, Tina Slater (Mike) of Gibbon, Beckie Champine (Brett) of Evergreen, CO and Timothy Johannsen (Stephanie) of Gibbon; and his sisters, Bonnie Skeen (Don) of Grand Island and Connie Wilcox (Dan) of Las Vegas, NV.
