He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Carpenter and Pansy Carpenter (Dunn); and his siblings, Darrell, Dewey, Arthur, Dewayne, Terry Carpenter, Irene Edwards, Lois Reynolds and Darlene Aarons.
He is survived by: his children, Monie Carpenter (Reynalda) of Wood River and Hallie Hagan (Brian) of Kearney; his grandchildren, Riley Carpenter, Rachel Carpenter (Alex Lumburg), Hattie Hagan (Nate Burns) and Brogan Hagan (Madyson Cumpston); his great grandchild Rowynn Carpenter; his siblings, Violet Andersen of Gibbon and Don Carpenter (Irene) of Florida; and his close friend Marlys Farm of Minden. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
