He was predeceased by: his brother Michael Watkins. He is survived by: his father Glen Watkins; his children, Brian Watkins (Emily) of Garden City, KS., James Watkins of Kearney and Rebecca Levell (Ryan) of O'Fallon, MO.; his mother Sharon Caraballo; his brothers, Dave Watkins and Robert Watkins; and his pets, Bob, Rocky and Cat. He is also survived by three granddaughters; his many nieces and nephews.
