She was predeceased by: her parents, John Smith and Vernice Smith. She is survived by: her brother John David Smith; her nephew Eric Foust; and her cousins, Mary Ellen Lewis (Gary Klinker), Sarah Jones (Curt) and Mark Gross (Jane).
