She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Kersting and Iola Kersting (McGinnis); and her spouse Merle E. Wood. She is survived by: her children, Randy Wood of Kearney, Susan Miska (Robert Coiner) of Kansas City, MO. and Wanda Riggle (Andrew) of Lincoln, NE.; and her siblings, Loretta Luce Westminster of Colorado, Fred Kersting of Kearney, Joyce Snell of Elm Creek, Bill Kersting of Holden, MO., Roy Kersting of Kearney, Roberta Kersting of Kearney, Karen Stutheit of Lincoln and Lois Hunsberger of Hastings. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; and five great-great grandchildren.
A memorial has been established to the family to be designated later.
