Sherril J. Drake Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sherril J. Drake of Kearney, Nebraska, born in Broken Bow, Nebraska, who passed away on May 24, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Drake and Dorothy Drake (Archer); his wife Katherine Drake (Gunther); his brothers, James, Rollie, Richard and Ardell; and his son-in-law Brad DeBord.
He is survived by: his children, Ron Drake (Jolinda) of Kearney, Sherry DeBord and Patti Daugherty of Kearney; his brother Larry Drake of Minnesota; his grandchildren, Kelly Miller, Robyn Wachter (Matt), Monica Epp (Travis), Amy Bettles (John), Hillary Barney and Caitlyn Drake; and his great grandchildren, Rylan, Brinley Miller, Rileigh, Waylon Epp, Kennedy Kegley, Addilyn, Colton, Macie Bettles and Henry Barney. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
