She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Kahle and Faye Kahle (Larson); her husband Jerry L. Hartman; her daughter Catherine; and her niece Amanda Johnson.
She is survived by: her daughter Becky Axtell (Aaron) of Minden; her grandchildren, Ashleigh Axtell (Kyle Jauken), Austin Axtell, Mitchell Axtell and Matthew Axtell; her daughter Allison Quiroz (Patrick) of Exeter; her grandchildren, Kassandra Quiroz, Theodore Quiroz, Luke Quiroz and Owen Quiroz; her sister LaNita Wilke (David) of Kearney; her brother-in-law Larry Hartman (Lorretta) of Hickman, Nebraska; and also, Alton Kahle (Cathy) of Kearney and Ron Kahle (Judy) of Texas. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorials are suggested to Holy Cross Lutheran Church or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
