She is survived by: her children, Scott Hoffman (Shani) of Minden, Jeff Hoffman (Cherise) of Georgia and Deborah Hoffman of Kearney; her grandchildren, Tyler, Tiffany Hoffman, Savannah Hoffman, Keaton Hoffman (Tori), Suzette and Devin Bell; her great grandchild Cooper; and her sister Judi Hendrickson of Gibbon, NE. She is also survived by nephews; great niece and great nephews; and several extended family and friends.

Memorials are suggested to the Central Nebraska Veterans Home or Kearney Tackles Cancer.
