He is survived by: his mother Evelyn Rech of Grand Island, NE; his wife Terri Koenig; his pets, Little Man, Alley, Hootchie, Bob and Betsy; his stepchildren, Joseph, Jordane Glesinger of Hastings, NE, Kelly, Daniel Dugan of Greeley, NE and Taylor Glesinger of Spalding, NE; his siblings, Robert (Pat Rech), Roger (Janet Rech), Rodney (Karina Rech), Richard (Anne Rech) and Rebecca (David Cutler); and his grandchildren, Colten and Raelyn Dugan of Greeley, NE. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
