He was predeceased by: his parents, George Washington "Jack" Jr. and Martha Ellen Rhodes (McMullin); and his sister Rae Ellen Mitchell. He is survived by: his wife Rose Mary; his siblings, Phil Rhodes (Linda) of Weeping Water, NE, Jack Rhodes (Theresa) of Katy, TX and Marilyn Stratton (Ken) of Weeping Water, NE; and his children, Robert Rhodes (Rhonda) of Elkhorn, NE, Steve Rhodes of Kearney, NE, Mary Welch (Patrick) of Leesburg, FL and Cindy Laughter (Mike) of Lincoln, NE. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
