He was predeceased by: his parents, John M. Decker and Irma M. Decker (Hoy); his siblings, Claire Altizer and Walter Decker; his son-in-law Michael Albrecht; and his grandsons, Kenneth Albrecht and Jesse Decker.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia McFarland of Kearney; his children, John Decker (Valarie) of Ft. Lupton, CO, Connie Decker Ullman of Kearney and Linda Albrecht of Kearney; his grandchildren, Robert Decker, Sally Swift (Ben), Sarah Still (Adam), MaryAnn Curtis (Kevin), Timothy Ullman (Heather), Gregory Ullman, Matthew Ullman (Mindy), Stacia Zimmerman, Paula Kraft (Brad), Karen Frye (Kasey) and Amy Kroll; and his sister Shirley Taylor of North Platte. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
