He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Tinstman and Janet Tinstman (Mitchell); his brother William; and his sister-in-law Norma (Schmidt). He is survived by: his nieces, Sarah Brusegaard (Paul) of Herman, NE and Ann Bogie (Tinstman) of Goodyear, AZ.; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jordan, Zachary, Alyssa, Cylas and Evelyn.
Memorials will go to Brain Injury Alliance of Nebraska in lieu of flowers.
