He was predeceased by: his parents, Ethel Dee (Barrett) and William Leslie Mintling; his parents-in-law, Fred and Marion Lane; his siblings, Merle Mintling (Mickey), Eldeen Shores, La Veta Vollmer (Speck), Neva Loomis (Edward), Twila Burkert (Keith) and Riley Mintling (Betty); his nieces, Pammy Mintling, Jackie Keiser and Donna Todd; his siblings-in-law, Michael Lane, Edward Makof and Madeline Todd; and his great grandchild Oliver Tempest.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Mintling (Lane) of Kearney; his daughters, Patty Ibsen (Jerry) of Kearney and Sharie Petersen (Charlie) of Papillion, NE; his grandchildren, Christopher Ibsen (Aimee) of Roca, NE, Jennifer Barta (Bill) of Valley, NE, Amy Goldsmith (Aaron) of Gretna, NE, Leslie Tempest (Hannah) of Gretna, NE and Laura McCormick (Jaycob) of Gretna, NE; his great grandchildren, Carter, Carson, Claire Ibsen, Sam, Max, Ava Vescio, Drew, Maddi, Charlie, Olivia Goldsmith, Lucy, Rowan Tempest, Nathan and Delaney McCormick; and his brother Dean Mintling (Bettijean) of Boulder, CO. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Memorials are suggested to the family for future designation.
