With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Regina M. Zimmer of Kearney, Nebraska, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Regina left this world on February 22, 2025 at the age of 95, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let her loved ones carry forward the torch of her memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of her love and the brilliance of her spirit. Though Regina may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, her essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, Alice Burmood and Joseph Zimmer. She is survived by: her sister-in-law Donna Zimmer of Kearney. She is also survived by three nieces, three nephews, two great nieces, five great nephews and three great-great nieces.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the St. James Catholic Church (3801 Avenue A, Kearney, NE 68847). A vigil service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
