It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ranae L. Howard of Kearney, Nebraska, born in Cozad, Nebraska, who passed away on June 28, 2021, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale Eatherton and Nadine Eatherton (Brandt); her siblings, Ronda, Terry and Steve Eatherton; and her parents-in-law, Bill and Juanita Howard.
She is survived by: her husband Bob Howard of Kearney; her children, Bret Howard (Amanda) of Boise, ID, Broc Howard (Erin) of Kearney and Brooke Valenzuela (Gil) of Kearney; her grandchildren, Maizey, Damon Howard, Hayden, Henson Howard and Alex Valenzuela; her sister Tami Anderson of Kearney; her stepmother Mary Ann Eatherton of Gibbon; and her siblings-in-law, Gilberta Eatherton of Gibbon, Sheri Eatherton of Kearney, Deb Linden of Pleasanton, Larry, Bill Howard (Kathy) of Omaha and Garry Howard (Lorrie) of North Platte. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
