It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Oretta H. Farlin (Kearney, Nebraska), who passed away on June 27, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Thiede and Lucy Thiede. She is survived by: her husband Ivan Farlin; her daughter Deb Sohl (Dan) of Norfolk; her grandchildren, Jeremy Holan of Omaha and Jenna Mireles (Noe) of Norfolk; her great grandchildren, Lucy, Townsend Holan, Jayce Spiker, Presley and Noe Mireles; her brother Orrin Thiede (Joan); and her siblings-in-law, Leslie Farlin (Bev), Stan Farlin (Lois), Don Farlin (Pat), Vivian Wood, Veda Chase (Mike) and Anita Benedict (Bret). She is also survived by her great-grandchildren.
