He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest W. Asay and Grace A. Asay (Sorensen); and his wife Lois A. Smith. He is survived by: his children, Scott of Kearney, Leila Gifford (John) of Bloomington, NE and Melanie Guptill of Kearney.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Harmon Park Activity Center (3100 5th Ave, Kearney, NE 68845).
