He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Berumen and Minnie Berumen (Garcia); his granddaughter Brynlee Zimbelman; his brother Tony; and his sister-in-law MaryLou Berumen.
He is survived by: his wife Rosa Sifuentez of Kearney; his children, Nicole Gambrell (Winfield) of Lyman, SC, Eric Berumen of Kearney, Brandon Berumen of Kearney and Consuelo Chavez (Julio Flores) of Omaha; his grandchildren, Emily Zimbelman, Hayley Thong, Trey Gambrell, Tina Smets, Nickolas Berumen, Aubrey, Alexander, Taylor, Jaxson Berumen, Brody Casper Berumen and Noah Casper Berumen; his great grandchildren, Madisyn Zimbelman, Blayson Thong, Kaibryn Thong, Kalisiauna Thong, Ziah Thong, Justin Smets, Jordan Smets, Melissa Smets and Oliver George; and his siblings, Virginia Babcock (Darrel) of Floresville, TX, Michael Berumen (Paula) of Kearney, Ben Berumen (Renee) of Las Vegas, NV and Dan Berumen (Nancy) of Shelton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family and friends.
