He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Cooper and Ersel Cooper (Hedrix); and his sister Arlene Halliwell. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Cooper of Kearney; his children, Phillip Cooper (Denise) of Mesa, AZ, Victoria Cone (Ron) of Kearney and Nancy Wise of Kearney; his son-in-law Jeff Wise of Gibbon; and his siblings, Dan Cooper of Kearney, Ruth Meyer of Lexington and Jeanine Jones (Gary) of Johnson Lake. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
