She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Reicks and Genevieve Reicks (Bode); her grandson Antonio M. Guardiola; and her brothers, Charles, William and Daniel Reicks.
She is survived by: her husband Eugene Methe (Gene) of Kearney; her children, Joseph Methe (Pam) of Kearney, Stephen Methe (Kathy) of Rockton, IL, Edward Methe (Laura) of Kearney, Gregory Methe (Shebi) of Kearney, Kristine Sole (Scott) of Kearney, Richard Methe (Suzanne) of South Dakota, Gerry Methe (Teresa) of Grand Island, Kevin Methe (Michelle) of Omaha and Athena Methe of Denver, CO; her sister Margaret Oliveira (Raul) of Florida; her sister-in-law Charolette Riecks (Charlene Reicks) of Grand Junction, CO; and her stepsisters, Barbara Cole (Dale) of Michigan, Linda Carney (Dan) of Michigan and Judy Zumbach (Bruce) of Michigan. She is also survived by 37 grandchildren; 58 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
In Lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Prince of Peace Catholic Church or to the Kearney Catholic High School Foundation.
