It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Loretta Decker of Kearney, Nebraska, born in Port Jervis, New York, who passed away on July 22, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Glen Decker, Jr. of Kearney; her grandchildren, Kenneth (Dee Hartman), Linda (Dan Bornmann), Twyla (John Andrus), Lois (James Wies) and Janice (Keith Manka); and also, Diane Hollifield of Meridian, Beth Zuehlke of Fostoria and Peg McKinney of Fostoria, Ohio..
