Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Lois Wiens of Kearney, Nebraska, born in Hastings, Nebraska, who passed away at the age of 76, on January 24, 2022. She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent Erickson and Elsie Erickson (Karnatz); her grandson Brody Petersen; and her brothers-in-law, Duane Plambeck and Glen Wiens.
She is survived by: her former husband Melvin R. Wiens; her husband Mel Wiens; her daughters, Becky Bertucci (Ryan) of Omaha, Kim Grabenstein (Ryan) of Kearney and Angie Petersen (Tim) of Gretna; her grandchildren, Grant Bertucci, Kaden Grabenstein, Gage Bertucci, Nathan Grabenstein, Beau Petersen, Tate Bertucci, Drake Petersen and Lily Grabenstein; her siblings, Jan Plambeck of Kenesaw and Mike Erickson (Linda) of Cozad; and her siblings-in-law, Jeanette Wiens of Ayr, NE and Wayne Wiens of Grand Island. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
All those attending the visitation and or services are required to wear a mask.
