She was predeceased by: her parents, Harley Catlin and Laura Catlin (DeBrie); her husbands, Royal Carlsen and William Benson; her son Steve Carlsen; and her siblings, Jim Catlin and Donna Catlin.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Walburn (Jim Hiner) of Kearney, Becky Lawless (Tom Myers) of Elm Creek, Sherry Carlsen of Kearney, Greg Benson (Amber) of Kearney and Shelly Holmes (Tim) of Grand Island; her daughter-in-law Trudy Carlsen of Council Bluffs, IA; and her siblings, Ron Catlin of Kearney, Kenny Catlin of Lincoln and Linda Johnson (Kurt) of Omaha. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
