He was predeceased by: his parents, William W. Stevens and Etta Deldee Stevens (Martin); his stepfather Stanley Broadbent; his father-in-law Frank Rose; his brother Eldon Stevens; his son-in-law Shawn Davis; and his granddaughter Kayla Stevens.
He is survived by: his wife Margene; his children, William Stevens (Bill) of Gothenburg, Laura Davis of North Platte and John Stevens (Lisa) of Kearney; his grandchildren, Eric Stevens of Lincoln, Carlie Stevens of Omaha, Hayley Stevens of Gothenburg, Amelia, Olivia, Elaina Davis of North Platte and Tyler Stevens of Kearney; and his siblings, Wendell Stevens (Joan) of Kearney, Mike Broadbent and Virginia Butler (Don) of Elm Creek.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be sent to the family for later designation.
