He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Lewis and Louise Lewis (Janitscheck); his siblings, Gary Lewis (Phyllis), Gene Lewis, Marge Hinrichsen (Hank) and Ruth Ostendorf; and his brother-in-law Milo Hagen.
He is survived by: his former wife Sandra J. Danko; his wife Sandi Lewis; his daughter Vicki (Luke Aten); his granddaughter Ariane (Jordan Arensdorf); his great grandchild Ace Arensdorf; and his siblings-in-law, Alex, Sandra Danko of Centennial, CO, Patricia Hagen of Ames, IA and Don Ostendorf of Ravenna, NE.
