He was predeceased by: his parents, Merrill Parks and Frances Parks (Owen); and his son Mitchell Parks. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn of Kearney; his son Randy Parks (Chris) of Omaha; his grandchildren, Megan McCarthy (Jack) of Omaha, Mitchell Parks of Omaha and Michaela Shoemaker (Justin) of Washington, D. C.; and his great grandchildren, Jaixen, Josey and Lincoln McCarthy.
