He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Jake and Maxine Mae Bornschlegl (Schelkopf). He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Nunns of Lincoln, Nebraska; his children, Stephanie Eubanks (Kevin), Becton of Portsmouth, RI and Matthew Bornschlegl (Staci); his grandchildren, Joshua of Roca, Nebraska, Alli of Roca, Nebraska and Emma of Roca, Nebraska; his siblings, Linda McCabe (Jim) of Lincoln, Mary Halkyard (Rusty) of Gibbon, Nebraska and Jim Bornschlegl (Cathy) of Mitchell, Nebraska; and his brother-in-law Robert Nunns (Linda) of Geneva, Nebraska. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
