It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth A Lyon of Kearney, Nebraska, who passed away on August 31, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Kenneth A Lyon to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Will Lyon and Della Lyon (Johnson); his siblings, Grace Schubert and LaMonte W. Lyon; and his nephew Mark Schubert.
He is survived by: his nephew Dave Schubert (Diane) of Wilcox, Nebraska; his nieces, Linda Harms (John) of Martell, Nebraska, Mary Kay Lyon of Loomis and Karen Kreutzer (Scott) of Loomis; and his siblings-in-law, Barbara Lyon of Loomis and Clayton Schubert of Holdrege. He is also survived by many great-nieces, great-nephews; and other relatives and friends.
Due to health concerns, regarding the COVID-19 pandemic; current CDC and Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services guidelines for Faith-Based Services will be followed.
A memorial has been established in Kenneth's honor, and kindly suggested to the family to be designated.
