He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor E. Fritton and Marie C. Fritton (Fox); his siblings, George V. Fritton (Ellen) and Victoria "Tori" Kos (Edward); and his great-nephew Brett Romberg. He is also survived by fourteen nieces and nephews.
He never missed a summer until the Covid pandemic ended an era in 2020.
