He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Cochran and Jesse Cochran (Ramser); his wife Averil Cochran; and his siblings, Floyd "Buddy" Cochran, Jr. and Marrillie Good.
He is survived by: his children, John Cochran (Carol) of Albuquerque, NM and Tammy Long of Kearney; and his granddaughters, Rachel Cochran, Melissa Mathis and Jenny Riggs.
