We are sad to announce that on February 11, 2020, at the age of 91, Joan Yentes (Kearney, Nebraska), born in Cambridge, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Darrell Dean Yentes; her sisters, Jean Pearce and Janice Jones; and her brothers-in-law, Gerald Jones, Cletus Yentes and Clifford Yentes (Ruth).
She is survived by: her sons, Steve Yentes (Lydia Dyanne) of Holdrege and Kirk Yentes (Samona) of Des Moines, Iowa; her granddaughter Melissa Post (Jesse) of Woodstock; her children, Taylor, Shiloh, Aliyah, Jack, Molly Kasen (Brian) of Denver, Caroline and Sloan; her stepgrandsons, Brian Smit (U. S. Navy) and Austin Nelson; and her siblings-in-law, Ruth Yentes of Lexington, Nebraska, Lois Koenig of Phoenix, Arizona, Lyla Girth of Forsythe, Missouri and Don Pearce. She is also survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
A memorial has been established in Joan's honor, and kindly suggested to the family for later designation.
