He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlie Johnson and Opal Johnson (Metz). He is survived by: his siblings, Charles Johnson (Carol Lee) of Pleasanton and Gweneth Adkins (Doug) of Columbia, Tennessee. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, relatives and especially his wonderful friends and caregivers.
