Woodring; his wife Judy Krueger of Kearney; his daughters, Denice Swanson (Jeff) of Oxford, Nebraska and Brenda Fisher (Scott) of Edison, Nebraska; his grandchildren, Natasha Rickley (Joe) of Papillion, Nebraska, Anthony Fisher (Karmeca) of Edison, Lacey Witt (Allen), Seth Swanson (Jami) of Oxford and Zack Swanson (Allisa) of Oxford; his great grandchildren, Trey, Gunnar, Beckham Rickley, Kade, Genevieve Fisher, Sydney, Hank Witt, Shay, Caden, Carson Swanson and Charlotte Waller; and his siblings-in-law, Dean Shelley of Oregon, James Shelley of Sapopa, Oklahoma, Pat Simpson of Cheyenne, Wyoming, Linda Brumley of Oregon City, Oregon and Jean Marie Madden (Carl) of Henderson, Nevada. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

A memorial has been established in Jay's honor, and kindly suggested to the family.
