With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jan Lindstrom of Kearney, Nebraska, born in Franklin, Nebraska, who passed away on December 24, 2022 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Schepler and Anna Schepler (Albers); her grandson Derek Schroeder; and her brothers-in-law, Larry Lindstrom and Harold Jurgens.
She is survived by: her husband Dean Lindstrom of Kearney; her children, Callie Gronborg (Lynn), Rhonda Schroeder (Larry), Mark Moda, Tonja Koenigs (Erik), Randy Lindstrom (Claudia), Bill Lindstrom (Julie), Shirley Messerschmidt (Dana) and Cindy Mattan; her sister Vel Jean Jurgens; and her sister-in-law Dorla Lindstrom. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 31 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Memorials are suggested to First Lutheran Church or to the family for future designation.
