George Griffith Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George Griffith of Kearney, Nebraska, born in Lebanon, Kansas, who passed away on June 1, 2022 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his brother William Griffith. He is survived by: his former wife Lila Gruber; his son Nathan; his former wife Sharon Sizer of Kearney; his wife Sherry Griffith of Kearney; his children, Amy Griffith of Omaha, NE, Tim Griffith of Clatonia, NE and Nate Griffith of Mankato, KS; his stepsons, Bryan (Candy Kuntz) and Ben Kuntz (Sarah Angstman); and his brothers, Steve, Jan Griffith of Kansas City, KS, Joel (Ilona Griffith) and Bob Griffith of Oak, NE. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
