She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Frederick Prellwitz; her stepfather Frank Bohn; and her brother Jim Bartak. She is survived by: her children, Janet Mannhard (Phil) of St. Louis, MO, Julie Noethe (Edward) of Council Bluffs, IA, Daniel Prellwitz (Chris) of Mount Pleasant, IA, Bruce Prellwitz of Hastings and Cory Prellwitz (Julie) of Kearney; her grandchildren, Katherine Helbig (Matt) of St. Louis, MO, Stephen Mannhard (Jacquie) of Boulder, CO, Patrick Mannhard (Brittany) of Spokane, WA, Michael Mannhard (Alyse) of Spokane, WA, Jared Prellwitz of Atlanta, GA, Graham Prellwitz of Springfield, IL, Emily Prellwitz of Denver, CO, Samuel, Benjamin Prellwitz of Kearney, Clare and Jackson Noethe of Council Bluffs, IA; and her great grandchildren, Connor, Paige, Murphy Helbig, Rose and George Mannhard.
