She was predeceased by: her parents, Francisco Reyes and Leonor Reyes (Luviano); and her siblings, Mike, Frank, Lupe, Joe, Leo, Ruben, Salvador, Beatrice Gomez (Jason), Amalia Canas (Dave), Rosemary Vasquez and Molly Reyes.
She is survived by: her husband Tom Hernandez of Kearney; her children, Shane Hernandez (Rebecca) of Kearney and Shawn Anderson (Chris) of Kearney; her grandchildren, Abrea Hernandez (Daniel Shearer) of Lincoln, Emilee Anderson and Braeden Anderson of Kearney; her brothers, Ben Reyes of Kearney and Gilbert Reyes of St. Paul, MN; and her sister-in-law Josie Reyes of Grand Island. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the O'Brien Straatmann Redinger Funeral Homes and Cremations (4115 Avenue N Pl, Kearney, NE 68847). A graveside service will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Kearney Cemetery (4400 Ave P i, Kearney, NE 68847).
Memorials are suggested to the family for future designation.
