He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Day and Marie Day (Schmidt); his former wife Elsie Conrad; his wife Christine Bargiel; his children, Damon Day (Jessica) of Kearney, Nebraska., Krista Zoladz (Dennis) of Chesterton, David Day (Becky) of Niceville and Dan Day (Samantha) of Cleveland; his grandchildren, Emily Little (Josh), Lauren, Jessica, Riley, Kara, Emma and Cody Jon Day; his close friend Silvia Kinola; and his cousin Agnes Cashmir.
