He is survived by: his wife Barb Oberg of Kearney; his children, Jeff Oberg (Shilo) of Shelton, Kris Simon (JR) of Cairo and Brad Oberg (Sami) of Waverly; his grandchildren, Sam Simon (Caitlin), Kaleb Schuster, Jackson Oberg, Kiana Schuster, Grace Oberg, Harrison Oberg, Braden Romans, Ella Simon, Judson Oberg, Axel Oberg and Dylan Oberg; his great grandchild Brooks Simon; his siblings, Ed Oberg (Laura) of Farnam, Roger Oberg (Nancy) of Farnam, Louise Jones of Colorado Springs, CO, Dick Oberg (Karen) of Axtell and Jeff Oberg (Dynette) of Farnam; and his siblings-in-law, Patti Homan of Omaha, Jim Homan (Linda) of Crete, Jerry Homan of Brooklyn, NY, Mary Gillespie (Rich) of Shelby, Betty Medinger (Dennis) of Lincoln, Bob Homan (Theresa) of Omaha and Carol Brouillette of Hastings. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
