He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Day and Laura Day (Kirk); his son Larry Eugene; his stepson Patrick Weber; and his siblings, Zelda Burvanis, Osa Kelsey, Ida Jayne Luther, Corinne Olmsted, Janice Gentry, Duane Day and Forrest Day.
He is survived by: his wife Sandie Day (Weber); his daughter Linda Manfull (Ray); his grandchildren, Taylor Manfull-Dukes (Brian) and Steven Manfull (Rachael Lydon); and his stepdaughter Christine Weber-Diaz. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. James Catholic Church (3801 Avenue A, Kearney, NE 68847).
Memorials are suggested to the family for future designation.
