He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Quentin K. Lear and Ruth M. Lear (Randall); his wife Jan; his children, Bruce Lear (Menda) of Kearney, Rick Lear (Jennifer) of Madison and Lori Lear (Nathan Castaldi) of Brookhaven, Georgia; his grandchildren, Megan, M'Lynn Lear, Josh, Aidan and Asher Lear; his stepgranddaughter Seraphina Castaldi; his sister Bonnie Murphy (Pat) of Nathrop, Colorado; and his siblings-in-law, Homer Buell (Darla) of Rose, Larry Buell (Nick) of Bassett, Nebraska and Sue Hutchinson of Rose. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
