He is survived by: his parents, Roxanne Richard (Ebmeier) and Gary Richard, Sr.; his siblings, Gary Richard Jr. (Cindy) of Loomis, David Richard (Ellamia) of Kearney, Rusty Richard (Jackie) of Kearney, Travis Richard of Kearney and Amber Petersen (Steven) of Wyoming; his grandmother Peg Ebmeier of Kearney; and his aunts and uncles, Candy Patient (Larry) of Kearney, Dale Ebmeier, Theresa Gabriel of Litchfield, Brian Ebmeier of Kearney, Todd Ebmeier (Crystal) of Sargent and Justin Kilzer (Jen) of Grand Island. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
