We are sad to announce that on December 30, 2022, at the age of 90, Clarence L. Chartier of Kearney, Nebraska, born in Leavenworth, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur L. Chartier, Sr. and Katherine L. Chartier (Cook); and his siblings, Arthur L. Chartier, Jr., Bonnie Chartier and Donna Douglas.
He is survived by: his wife Jeneane Chartier of Kearney; his children, Roxanne Tillotson (Keith) of Kearney, Dr. Gavin Chartier (Tonya) of Vincennes, IN and Vance Chartier (Linda) of Hays, KS; and his brothers-in-law, Merlin Holloway (June) of Arlington, TX and Leon Holloway (Aurora) of Round Rock, TX. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
