With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charley J. Oertle of Kearney, Nebraska, who passed away on October 24, 2020 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charley Oertle and Edith Oertle (Montgomery); his brothers, Eugene Karsten and Dean Oertle; and his parents-in-law, Archie Busch, Mary, Don Mayer and Sara Holoubeck.
He is survived by: his sons, James Ray of Kearney and Kenneth Allen (Kathy) of Kearney; his wife Carole; his grandchildren, Samantha Klassen of Kearney, Kyle Oertle of Kearney, Jacob Oertle of Kearney and Jamieson Oertle of Kearney; his great grandchildren, Bradly and Devyn Klassen; his brother Maynard Oertle of Holdrege; and his siblings-in-law, Terry Holoubeck of Kearney, Rhoda Jensen (Larrie) of Florida and Helen Oertle of California.
